E7-30 Immittance Meter (RLC) is a precision instrument of accuracy class 0.1 with a wide range of operating frequencies of 25 Hz - 3 MHz and a high measurement speed of up to 25 measurements / sec.
Measured parameters: inductance (Ls, Lp), capacitance (Cs, Cp), resistance (Rs, Rp), conductivity (Gp), loss factor (D), quality factor (Q), complex resistance modulus | Z | , reactance (Xs), phase angle; leakage current.
Objects of measurement: insulated and grounded capacitors, inductors, transformers, resistors, relays, switches, diodes, cables, input resistances and capacitances of oscilloscopes, voltmeters and other devices. With appropriate sensors, the device can measure various physical quantities.
Usage: ERE quality control at the input and output control and during repair, metrological certification of measuring instruments and various functional devices (relays, switches, etc.), standardization of parameters of microelectronic products, semiconductor products (diodes, varicaps, transistors) and various materials (ferrites, dielectrics, etc.), scientific research, control and management of technological processes.
