Terms of acceptance and issue of devices for service

Warranty and post-warranty maintenance of devices is carried out at the service center located at the address: 220113, Minsk, st. Ya. Kolas, 73, tel. +375 (29) 270 03 11, + 375 (17) 270 09 00, e-mail: service@mnipi.by.

Service hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 17:15, lunch 13:00 to 13:45, day off: Saturday-Sunday. Reception and delivery of devices is carried out from 8:30 to 17:00..

Instruments for repair, verification are accepted only after cleaning. Additional charges may apply for restoring the appearance of the instrument to the desired condition.

To transfer the device for service, it is required to send to the name of the General Director of JSC "MNIPI" (of the person replacing him) a letter of application for repair, verification with the obligatory indication of a guarantee of payment for the work performed.
To receive the device after repair, verification, you must provide:

1. Power of attorney for the recipient of the device.
2. A copy of the customer's receipt of acceptance of the device (issued by a service specialist when the device is accepted for repair, verification).

JSC "MNIPI" carries out paid repairs of measuring instruments of foreign manufacturers:

• Keysight Technologies, Inc.
• Fluke Industrial;
• LeCroy Corporation;
• Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co KG;
• Anritsu Corporation.

The terms and cost of repairs are agreed upon after the diagnostics of the device.
