The IPEP-1 electrostatic field meter is designed to measure the potentials of electrostatically charged objects, electrostatic field strength and surface density of electric charges.
IPEP-1 can be used to measure the parameters of the electrostatic field in the textile, rubber, leather and paper industries, in the production of polymeric materials, in the printing industry, in instrumentation for measuring the electrostatic fields generated by picture tubes, monitors and electronic devices, as well as to determine the intensity the electrostatic field created by many types of consumer goods during state hygiene regulation and registration at all stages of state supervision.
The device has a laser rangefinder to determine the distance to the measured object.
For the convenience of taking measurements on the measuring tables, appropriate accessories are provided, as well as an inverted image mode on the indicator. The device is powered by a battery. There is a network adapter and a built-in charger with automatic shutdown.
