Metrology

The metrological service of JSC "MNIPI" is represented by the Central Measuring Laboratory (CIL), the main tasks of which are:

• metrological support of development of production, testing and verification of measuring instruments (SI),
• accounting, storage and maintenance of MI,
• verification of measuring instruments upon release from production by MNIPI subdivisions and third-party organizations.

Since 1997, CIL has been accredited for the right to conduct primary and periodic verification of radio and electrical measuring instruments (oscilloscopes, generators, frequency meters, voltmeters, etc.)

Accreditation certificate registration number BY / 112 3.0087 dated 03.11.1997. valid until 04/02/2022. Verification of measuring instruments in the CIL is performed by highly professional employees who have certificates of verifiers and have extensive experience in the field of metrology.

Normal conditions for verification are provided in the premises of the CIL. The room for the verification of precision electrical measuring instruments is equipped with shielding to protect against radio and electromagnetic interference, as well as automatic maintenance of the temperature regime with an accuracy of ± 1 ° C.

For the verification of measuring instruments, the CIL is equipped with nine stationary work stations for verifiers (RMP). Each RMP is equipped with standards and auxiliary measuring instruments in accordance with the corresponding RMP passport.

Standards of JSC "MNIPI" used for verification store and reproduce units of the following physical quantities:

• constant electric voltage
• constant electric current
• electrical resistance to direct current
• AC voltage and current
• frequency
• capacities
• inductance
• conductivity

The errors in the transfer of the size of units are indicated in the RMP passports and comply with the requirements regulated by the ND.

All standards have valid verification certificates.
